Our divisional heads will then email your CV internally to the consultant who specialises in your exact sector. For example, a category of packaging is cartons, a category of print is print management. In fact, we have over 30 specialist categories.

Our specialist consultant will contact you if we have a live vacancy that matches, or in the near future as soon as a good match to your skill set and experience becomes available.

This role is extremely hands on and would suit someone who thrives in an environment with a highly varied workload.

Responsibilities and accountabilities
  • Generate accurate and commercially priced quotations
  • Price completed work and invoice
  • Liase with customers and sales teams to understand their ongoing requirements
  • Purchase materials and resources in the most cost effective manner and monitor supplier performance
  • Coordinate and plan production schedule
  • Monitor operator and machine performance
  • Identify and implement improvements in key areas
  • Implement staff training programme when requested
  • First point of contact with staff
  • Monitor stock levels and supply stock
  • Liaise with senior managers and staff with all relevant information
  • Acknowledge, investigate and respond to any customer complaints
  • Ensure all plant and equipment is maintained and fit for purpose
  • Support senior managers in the administrative aspects of the business
  • Provide a safe working environment for all employees
  • Generate any reports required by senior management team
  • Achieve agreed targets set for efficiencies and profitability
