General Manager - Croydon - 50k

My client is a contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a General Manager for one of their B&I sites in Croydon.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a General Manager within contract catering
  • Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience
  • Strong event management experience
  • Good financial understanding of P&L, budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience managing a team of FOH and BOH staff
  • The desire to grow within a forward thinking company

All candidates applying for this General Manager role must have been in a General Manager role within contract catering in the last year.
