General Labourer / Security Operative

Contract: Temporary - May 2026 to September 2026
Rate: £13.00 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated General Labourer / Security Operative to support a high security refurbishment project for a major warehousing and logistics facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• General labouring duties and site security support
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly site
• Assisting with materials, plant, and equipment control
• Working closely with the site management and client team
• Identifying and reporting site issues and defects
• Complying with all Health & Safety requirements

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• DBS check (Enhanced DBS required on commencement)
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety
• Good communication skills and a flexible attitude
• Previous construction or refurbishment experience preferred

Desirable (training can be provided):

• NVQ, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid
• IPAF, PASMA
• Manual Handling, Working at Height, Fire Safety

This role would suit someone proactive, safety focused, and comfortable working in a high security site environment.
