GenAI Senior Consultant

Conexus are supporting a leading consulting firm, that are searching for a specialist in GenAI to join them from their European hub in London.

• Advise clients on GenAI strategy, opportunities and business use cases, from early discovery to design and implementation planning.
• Shape solution architectures across LLMs, RAG pipelines, data flows and integration with enterprise systems.
• Lead client workshops, assessments and proof-of-concepts across AI, ML and automation.
• Work across legacy estates and modern tech stacks to design realistic, scalable GenAI solutions.
• Support agile delivery, ensuring solutions align with business goals, regulatory requirements and ML best practice.
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to senior stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

• Prior consulting experience is essential.
• Strong technical grounding in GenAI and ML, including LLMs, RAG, MLOps and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience working across legacy systems as well as modern cloud-native stacks.
• Proven track record delivering in agile environments and supporting digital transformation journeys.
• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
