The GenAI Market Activation and Scaling Senior Consultant will:

  1. Collaborate with CTO and executives to understand strategic objectives and identify technology-driven opportunities for Deloitte.
  2. Engage in technology strategy areas such as digital transformation, operating model design, process improvement, enterprise architecture, and communication with C-Level stakeholders.
  3. Demonstrate expertise in specific technologies or functions to advise senior leadership effectively.
  4. Conduct research, analyze technology topics, and prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
  5. Assess existing technology solutions and recommend enhancements.
  6. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to design tailored technology solutions.

  • Ability to solve ambiguous problems and break down complex issues.
  • Deep knowledge of Deloitte's business and the professional services industry.
  • Strong structured thinking and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in business case development and strategic recommendations.
  • Skilled in planning analytical work and facilitating workshops.
  • Resourcefulness in problem-solving and overcoming obstacles.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture and current technology trends (Mobility, Cloud, Digital).
  • Strong analytical, communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
