As a Plant Department Manager, you will manage, lead, inspire and develop an amazing team and ensuring all customers have a great in store experience.

Skills required:
- You'll bring horticultureexpertisewith proven experienceofretail management.

- Ability to identify training needs. Be effective coaching and training all levels ensuring our teams are delivering a first-class customer experience.

Duties will include:
- Overseeing thehorticulturedepartmentoperation, maximising profitable sales and growth while creating a unique customer focussed environment.
- Providing expert advice and guidance in relation to plant care and maintenance, core gardening products & equipment.
- Taking the lead increating a great place to work for everyone on a day to day basis whilst thinking ahead to ensure your teamhave a development journey withus.
- Sparking your team's passion for delivering the best customer experience possible bycreating a brilliant customer journey.
- Working closely with ourcentralsupport teams, maintaining top notch communication, stock supplyandresponse.
- Ensuringdepartmentcompliance and health and safety regulations are carried out.
