Job Description

Company Overview

Xolbor is a creative game development studio building high-quality Roblox experiences for millions of players around the world. Our work is split into two core divisions that operate as one studio:

1. Internal Games & Branded Client Projects

We create original Roblox titles as well as fully branded experiences for major partners. Xolbor works with well-known companies and IP owners-including NPO, Claire's, UEFA, and more-to translate brands, shows, films, and characters into engaging Roblox worlds. These projects include concept development, pitch creation, game design, prototyping, visual direction, production planning, and full end-to-end delivery.

2. Acquisition & Live Ops

We acquire existing Roblox games and grow them through weekly updates, improved systems, refreshed content, and strong live ops strategies. This includes analyzing player data, tracking platform-wide trends, optimizing retention & monetization, and introducing new content pipelines across genres like roleplay, action, simulation, parkour and social games.

Across both divisions, everything we do is built around quality, ownership, fast iteration, and creativity.

Because Xolbor handles design, art, engineering, production, pitches, and client communication in-house, interns have the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to real games with large active player bases.
