FX Product Manager - Front Office (Strategic FX Portfolio)

We are seeking an experienced FX Product Manager with deep domain expertise across Front Office FX to drive product strategy, development, and delivery within a global markets environment.

This is a mid-to-senior level role suited to a commercially astute product professional who understands client needs, market dynamics, and the evolving FX landscape. You will shape and execute product strategy while overseeing end-to-end delivery - from concept and business case through to implementation and launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, articulate, and execute FX product strategy aligned to business objectives

• Lead end-to-end product life cycle management, from ideation to implementation

• Partner with Front Office, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams

• Drive new product development, business transformation initiatives, and regulatory change

• Translate client, market, and industry trends into actionable product enhancements

• Ensure strong commercial oversight, including value proposition and revenue impact

Required Experience

• Extensive FX domain expertise within a Front Office environment

• Strong knowledge of the full FX product suite, including:

  • Custody FX

  • Currency Management/Overlay

  • Direct Dealing

  • FX Trading

• Demonstrated experience shaping and delivering FX product strategy

• Proven ability to manage strategic initiatives within a Global FX (GFX) environment

• Experience working with proprietary Front Office FX platforms

• Prior exposure to third-party FX Front Office systems (highly desirable)

• Familiarity with downstream FX operations (advantageous)

• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate across complex organisational structures

• Deep subject matter expertise across core FX product areas

• Comfortable working across product, delivery, and regulatory change initiatives

The level of appointment (mid to senior) will depend on the breadth and depth of relevant FX product experience.
