Dublin (Hybrid - primarily office based) - €50,000 - €54,000 - Contract: ASAP start - December 2026

We're looking for an organised and proactive Programs & Events Contractor to join the Futureforce EMEA team in Dublin. This is a fast paced, hands on role supporting internship programmes and delivering recruitment events across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate EMEA internship programmes (onboarding, engagement, stakeholder support)
• Support delivery of recruitment events, campus activations, and office tours
• Manage operational processes including POs, contracts, vendors, and swag
• Lead and support cross functional projects

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience in programmes, events, or project coordination
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Confident communicator with stakeholder management experience
• Experience with PO processing and contract administration
• Dublin based with ability to work mostly on site
