Funds Counsel - Hybrid UK Legal & Funds Transactions

British Business Bank plc is seeking a Counsel, Funds to provide legal support across funds-based transactions and related matters. You will advise on investment structures, financial regulation and commercial issues, collaborating with product teams and external advisers.

You will support debt funds, venture capital funds, funds-of-funds and listed funds funded by public and private finance, handling due diligence and transaction support while ensuring strong legal outcomes.
