Fundraising Manager

Our client, a charity based near Navan, Co. Meath is seeking a Fundraising Manager on a permanent basis. Hybrid.

The role is responsible for creating and implementing strategies to secure financial income in line with the charity's mission and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to maximise income generation.
• Build and nurture relationships with donors and stakeholders.
• Enhance existing fundraising activities and develop new fundraising opportunities, materials and resources.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organisation in order to achieve strategic objectives.
• Monitor and report on fundraising performance, providing regular updates to senior management and the board.
• Oversee the fundraising team, providing guidance, training, and support for professional development.
• Inputting and processing of information on CRM and IT systems.
• Develop fundraising ads for internal and external channels.

REQUIREMENTS

• The successful candidate will be a talented fundraising professional with a proven track record in designing and implementing fundraising strategies.
• Professional/academic qualifications in a relevant business-related discipline e.g. Fundraising, sales, management, marketing, or related field.
• High levels of computer literacy.
• Proven leadership/team management skills.
