Fund Operations Administrator

Fund Operations Administrator vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Process and book limited partnership and private equity investments
• Calculate and instruct capital calls, distribution breakdowns and NAV pricing
• Reconcile individual limited partnership and private equity fund positions
• Provide accurate and timely product information to in-house client advisors and clients
• Support day-to-day fund operations with a strong focus on quality and compliance

Your experience/knowledge:

• Basic bookkeeping experience, ideally within banking or financial services
• Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
• Commercial apprenticeship or similar qualification
• Ability to work accurately on repetitive tasks and handle time-sensitive matters
• Language skills: English, German fluent
