Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for construction and finance? Join a well-established consultancy with over 70 years of excellence in advisory services for banks, lenders, and funders. As part of their expanding Fund Monitoring team, they are seeking a Fund Monitor or Senior Fund Monitor to be based in their vibrant Bristol office.

About the Role

As a Fund Monitor, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding investment outcomes across a diverse portfolio of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Evaluation: Review and assess all stages of development, from initial cost planning to risk analysis.
  • Site Monitoring: Conduct monthly site inspections to track progress, budget adherence, and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with valuers, solicitors, and clients to compile thorough and insightful reports.
  • Reporting: Deliver clear, detailed financial and progress reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and propose strategies to protect client interests.

Projects span multiple sectors, with a strong focus on residential (70%), alongside healthcare, commercial, leisure, student accommodation, industrial, and hospitality developments.
