Fund Governance Specialist: Boards & Fund Administration

M&G plc is seeking a Fund Governance Associate in London to deliver fund administration, governance and company secretarial services across a portfolio of real estate funds and corporate structures. You will progress governance activities and support transactional initiatives.

You will guide less experienced team members, liaise with directors, service providers and internal stakeholders, and help ensure timely delivery of governance deliverables while maintaining robust records.
