What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end life cycle of Equity and Fixed Income Corporate Action events, including data validation, event creation, reconciliation and processing of instructions.
• Work closely with service teams, portfolio managers, internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve Corporate Action-related queries and requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and procedures, helping to enhance efficiency, controls and service delivery.
• Contribute to wider projects, initiatives and ad-hoc activities as required.
• Apply sound judgement when managing complex Corporate Actions and ensure accurate, timely outcomes for downstream teams and clients.

What you bring

• Previous Corporate Actions experience, ideally with exposure to complex events requiring strong analytical thinking and judgement.
• A proactive, results-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• A genuine interest in understanding the broader investment life cycle and how Corporate Actions interact with other areas of the business.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and third-party providers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
