It manages trillions in assets across a wide range of funds and financial products, serving both individual investors and institutional clients. The firm emphasizes low-cost, long-term investing and has a strong reputation for stability, integrity, and operational excellence. With a presence in multiple countries, it combines a large-scale global footprint with a commitment to high-quality service and robust risk management.

The right candidate will come from a numerate background and will be, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of fund and investment operational tasks while maintaining robust control processes. The role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily fund and investment operations, maintaining control over fund-level processes.
* Identify, measure, manage, and monitor operational risks, proactively developing improved processes, policies, and controls.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for fund operations procedures, maintaining a solid understanding of assigned funds.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients, anticipating their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
* Prepare reporting for internal and external clients while fostering strong communication and service excellence.
* Support Control and Risk Management, Contingency, and Information Security initiatives to mitigate business risks.
* Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

What you bring
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in auditing, account, or asset management roles.
* Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
* Strong analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
* Demonstrates good judgment, engagement, and the ability to work independently.
* Proven ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting deadlines
