Disability Assessor (WCA) - Hybrid Working
Location: Frimley
Salary: £39,500 - £43,000
Salary increases of £1,000 after 6 months
Full Time Hybrid Monday-Friday, 9-5

Join our team as a Disability Assessor and enjoy a healthier work-life balance while supporting individuals through the Work Capability Assessment (WCA) process on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Your Role- Carry out functional assessments via telephone and face-to-face appointments
- Review medical evidence and produce clear, detailed reports for the DWP
- Use your clinical expertise in a quality-focused role-no rush, no targets
- Manage your own caseload with autonomy and professional judgement
- Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist
- Minimum 1 year post-registration experience (adult setting)
- Active NMC or HCPC registration
- Confident communicator with strong report-writing and IT skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied clinical caseload
- Experience supporting individuals with complex health conditions
- Please note: sponsorship is not available

- Performance bonus up to 10%
- 12 weeks of fully paid, structured training (Assessment skills, DWP guidelines & report writing)
- Monday-Friday only - no weekends, nights, or bank holidays
