Adult Functional Assessor (PIP / WCA) for Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, Pharmacist

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 (+ bonus - performance based) & benefits

Location: Poole - Hybrid (home & office)

Hours: Fixed Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm - no weekends or bank holidays

Part time options available (3 4 days)

The role

• Conduct 3 PIP or 5-6 WCA assessments daily (face to face/phone)
• Review medical evidence & daily living activities
• Produce clear, evidence-based DWP reports

Full Paid 12 week training provided - no assessor experience needed.

Who we're looking for:

• NMC or HCPC or GPHC registered professional with 1+ year's adult focused post registration experience
• Nurses, OTs, Physios, Paramedics, Pharmacists welcome (adult focused)
• Strong communication, report writing, and IT skills essential
• No sponsorship available
