Xquisit - Functional Analyst Mainframe

As a Functional/Technical Analyst, you are part of the team related to Mainframe.

Responsibilities

• Translates business requirements into functional requirements, containing acceptance criteria
• Defines functional specifications
• Provides support during the implementation of the solution
• Coordinates and communicates with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets the client's requirement
• Communicates in a clear, concise manner (both in analysis and via other channels)
• Ensures quality assurance of the final product by conducting tests and validations

Skills

• Completed degree in computer science or a similar field
• Extensive knowledge of Mainframe, Cobol, DB2 and IMS
• At least 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst
• Profound knowledge BPMN and UML
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch both orally and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in analyzing business processes and systems
• Ability question requirements in a healthily critical way and record a supported conclusion
• Experience in drafting functional specifications and defining requirements
• Will work (at least) 2 days in the offices, located in Brussels
