Functional Analyst

Our client is seeking a dynamic Functional Analyst to help optimize and support their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CRM systems. Compensation $100,000 - $140,000 per year

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as the primary support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O across sales, pricing, and shipping functions
• Collaborate with users to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues
• Assist with system configuration and functional problem-solving
• Facilitate training and guidance for business users post-implementation
• Travel to client sites nationwide for hands-on support and process assessments
• Provide documentation and insight on business requirements and functional designs
• Coordinate with technical teams for escalations when needed

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (a major plus)
• Comfortable navigating tough conversations with a service-minded, tactful approach
• Power BI familiarity for reporting and analytics
• Prior exposure to manufacturing environments
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
