We are looking for a Functional Analyst - SharePoint & Power BI (Finance Support)


Main Tasks:

  • Provide functional support to the team's daily activities, ensuring the proper functioning of internal processes.
  • Act as an advanced SharePoint user, responsible for reorganizing, rebranding and structuring internal pages and sites to improve usability and information management.
  • Develop and optimize dashboards and reporting in Power BI, adding value through clear and effective data visualization.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal tools, including controls, reporting pages and monitoring solutions.
  • Analyze data and transform dispersed information into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Support initiatives related to data quality, documentation and internal knowledge organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect requirements and propose functional improvements.
  • Contribute to light automation or workflow improvements using Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Power BI and potentially Power Automate.
  • Support activities related to financial processes and data, ensuring a functional understanding of the information and systems involved.


Requirements

  • Experience in roles such as Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, BI Analyst or Business Support.
  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, including page organization, site management, rebranding and user experience improvements.
  • Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, data analysis and business-oriented visualization.
  • Good ability to interpret and visualize data, with a data-driven mindset.
  • General knowledge of functional support and internal tools management.
  • Basic understanding of financial products and accounting concepts.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organized and detail-oriented profile, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.



Hybrid work model, with presence required in Lisbon office.
