Fully Remote .NET Developers Inside IR35

Role/Project Overview

We are seeking up to 4 talented C#/.NET developers (mid and levels) to join a self-managing group delivering a key section of a major public sector solution. You will work collaboratively with our core project teams to deliver work packages, but not directly with the end client.

Working Arrangement

• Role is fully remote, with office space available in Durham.
• UK-based candidates are preferred; ability to travel to Durham for initial kickoff beneficial but not required.
• Flexibility in working hours is offered; developers must be available for regular morning stand-ups and scheduled project catch-ups (timing to be agreed within the team).

Essential Skills (Must Have)

• Proven experience in C# and .NET development
• End-to-end knowledge of the SDLC
• Experience with Azure DevOps

Additional Information

• Contractors will need to comply with rigorous security policies in line with public sector frameworks.
