Fully Qualified Approved Driving Instructor (ADI)

We have exciting opportunities for approved driving instructors to work with our local driving school. Our successful family run school of motoring is growing rapidly across the UK, and we are now looking to recruit more fully qualified ADIs.
Your ADI job will be 100% remote. There is no need to report to the office. Work in your local area and choose your own hours. The role can be part time or full time, earning up to £86,400 per year pro rata. Part time earnings begin at £27,340 per year.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver client centred driving lessons on a one to one basis
- Provide a safe learning environment for pupils at all times
- Deliver the National Standards for Drivers to all pupils
- Maintain the professional standards set by the DVSA
- Coach and support pupils to become confident, safe and responsible drivers for life
- Help pupils gain the knowledge and understanding needed to pass their theory and practical driving tests
- A current approved driving instructor (ADI) badge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Superb customer service skills
- Strong problem solving and coaching abilities
- Solid organisational skillsExcellent time management skills
- The desire to run your own business franchise
If you hold a current DVSA ADI qualification, you can apply right away for a full time or part time ADI job and join our franchise as a self employed driving instructor. We'll fill your diary with new pupils and provide support to run your own business, including free standards check training to help you achieve the coveted "A" grade for driving tuition.
Training for Aspiring ADIsWe also offer training for those who are not yet a qualified ADI. You can earn while you learn, and upon successful completion of the training we invite you to join our school of motoring.
