Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant Camden £95 PAYE Per Day
Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? We are recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join inclusive primary and specialist SEN schools across Camden. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a lasting difference by supporting pupils with a range of learning, communication and behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver 1:1 and small group SEN support.
- Assist with EHCP targets and personalised learning plans.
- Support communication, emotional regulation and behaviour.
- Deliver targeted literacy, numeracy and social skills interventions.
- Work alongside teachers, SENCOs and external professionals.
- Promote independence, confidence and engagement.
- Experience working with children or young people.
- SEN experience desirable.
- Calm, patient and nurturing approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of ASD, ADHD, SEMH or complex needs beneficial.
- Locally-based (Camden or surrounding boroughs).
Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Pay: £95 PAYE per day
Contract: 1 Year (with potential extension)
