6. In this unique role to support both in the home and at school, you will be responsible for providing exceptional educational support and coaching to Year 6 student, with a focus on addressing the unique learning needs of those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). As the successful candidate, you will possess a deep understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEN and ADHD, and you will be adept at developing and implementing personalised learning strategies to help them thrive.
Your expertise in executive function coaching will be instrumental in guiding these students towards improved focus, organisation, and self-regulation, empowering them to reach their full potential.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a genuine passion for working with students who have diverse learning needs, as well as a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field.

- Degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field
- Postgraduate qualification in SEN, ADHD, or Executive Function Coaching
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a SEN Teacher or ADHD Learning Specialist
- Proven track record of successfully supporting students with SEN and ADHD, including the development of executive function skills
- Thorough understanding of relevant educational legislation, policies, and best practices related to SEN and ADHD
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a family home enviroment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs
