Full-Time One-to-One SEND TA (EYFS) - Growth & Wellbeing

St Andrew's CE Primary School in Crawley is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to work one-to-one with children needing additional support. The role collaborates with the class teacher, SENDCo, and wider team to deliver tailored assistance and promote inclusion within a caring, Christian ethos.

The post starts September 2026 on a one-year fixed term contract, with potential for permanency. Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications on the NJC Scale 3-4.
