Motion is transforming how care homes deliver person-centred care and communicate with families. Having demonstrated significant traction and impact, and with recognition from the BBC and The Times, we are now scaling across the UK. Following a successful funding round, we are building a high-impact team to shape the future of care.
Whether you are building features, designing intuitive experiences, or developing strategic partnerships, you will play a key role in a startup where every line of code, partner call, or design decision contributes to meaningful outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain full-stack feature using React and Node.js
- Ship secure and maintainable code in regular releases
- Work closely with design, product, and users
- Use tools like Copilot and Cursor to increase velocity
- Contribute to code quality, architecture, and documentation
