We're currently working with an agency to develop our platform, and this will be our first internal position to grow the in-house tech team. The ideal candidate has the ability to lead our tech development and has the potential to lead the future tech team. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve application performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. Proficiency in PHP and Symfony framework. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Proven track record of developing full-stack applications.
