Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack AI Engineer to join the team on a contract basis. This is a hybrid delivery role combining hands-on development of GenAI-powered applications with a strong focus on training delivery and product enablement.

The role involves building production-grade AI solutions while also upskilling teams, supporting adoption, and maintaining existing applications. The ideal candidate is technically strong, a confident communicator, and passionate about helping others adopt new technologies.

Experience designing scalable, production-grade systems

Ability to operate in complex, data-driven environments

Capability to identify and implement optimal solutions

Focus on efficiency, cost reduction, and optimisation

Work primarily with internal stakeholders

Hybrid working:

Candidate Profile

5+ years software engineering Experience

2+ years in production AI/ML development

Strong AWS Experience

Background in development (ideal for those transitioning toward broader ownership roles)

Passionate about AI and emerging technologies

Strong communication (technical & non-technical)
