Fulfilment Clerk

We are currently recruiting for a Fulfilment Clerk for our Furniture team to play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing customer orders from initial creation through to successful fulfilment and delivery.
Responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of customer sales orders, ensuring orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and supported by clear and proactive communication.
- Manage domestic and international customer sales orders from creation through to successful delivery.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order progress, delivery expectations, and any potential delays.
- Coordinate vendor confirmations and ensure purchase orders are accurately processed and amended when required.
- Support invoice management and balance payment processing, working closely with internal finance and transactions teams.
- Produce fulfilment reports and collaborate with buying, retail, delivery, and stock operations teams to maintain efficient stock and order management.
You will be a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment, with strong communication skills and the confidence to build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Qualifications- Previous experience in an order processing, fulfilment, customer service, logistics, or administration role.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with business systems; SAP S/4HANA experience would be advantageous.
- Strong numerical, reporting, and organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Hybrid working is available with a minimum of three days on-site per week.
