Key Responsibilities- Maintaining technical expertise in areas such as Operational Resilience, IT & Cyber Risk Management/Transformation, Digital Resilience, IT Internal Audit technical SMR support, Third Party Risk Transformation, AI & Data Governance, Risk Management and Compliance.
- Leading client engagements end to end, coaching team members and ensuring delivery quality.
- Driving business development activities - pursuits, proposals, events, thought leadership.
- Managing client relationships and delivery teams, ensuring risk management procedures and quality standards are observed.
- Building and fostering strong networks locally, regionally and globally with key service line champions.
- Experience working in an IT risk and control environment at Senior Manager level or equivalent.
- University graduate, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 6 8+ years of consulting experience in Resilience, Operational/IT Risk Management, Cyber, with at least 3+ years at management level; experience in IT, project management, service delivery and regulatory matters is relevant.
- Big 4 management experience and training.
- Knowledge of relevant regulation and guidelines impacting the financial services industry (DORA, Operational Resilience, Outsourcing and Third Party Risk Management).
- Financial services industry experience.
- Knowledge of emerging technology, FinTech, Cloud services and Cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3, NIST, CSA CCM, COSO.
