FS People Consulting Manager - Change & Org Design (Hybrid)

EY in Ireland is seeking a highly motivated Manager in our FSO People Consulting team to lead change management and organisational design engagements for financial services clients across EMEIA. You will drive artefacts, workshops, and client interactions, delivering implemented solutions.

With 5-8 years' consulting experience and at least 2 years of managerial responsibility, you'll shape transformation programmes, manage stakeholders, and contribute to EY's growth through thought leadership
