The team & the opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager with Change Management and / or Organisational Design experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping organisations navigate complex transformations.
Joining the FSO People Consulting Team in EY will provide you with the opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and complex transformation programmes across EMEIA. You'll be working with the best people on the most complex people centred financial service issues, helping to shape the future of financial services. Our team, in partnership with our clients, seek to ensure the long-term sustainability and embedding of major organisational transformation programmes.
Our focus revolves around adaptability and staying current, aiding clients from talent acquisition to crafting the best employee value proposition for long-term retention.
With an in-depth understanding of best practice and market insights, we work with clients in designing effective organisational structures and operating models and change initiatives. This includes overseeing communication strategies, managing stakeholders, and navigating change journeys.

Your key responsibilities
- You will be responsible for driving engagements across the financial services clients in the delivery of change management, organisational design in the FS people consulting practice.
- Ability to drive and deliver on key artefacts including Change Management Plans, Stakeholder Analysis, Communication Strategies, Training Materials, Impact Assessments, Resistance Management Plans, Organizational Structure Diagrams, and Performance Metrics Dashboards to effectively lead change management and organisational design initiatives.
- Manage client engagements, delivering high-quality consulting services to a diverse portfolio.
- Understand EY's offerings and proactively identify ways to enhance client service.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and collaborate with EY teams to meet client needs.
- Support business development initiatives and assist in crafting client proposals.
- Leverage AI technology to drive innovation in processes and enhance client performance.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and document business requirements and user stories.
- Assess complex business challenges and create tailored solutions for operational improvement.
- Develop and implement organizational structures and operating models aligned with client objectives.
- Maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and representing EY professionally.
- Keep up with industry trends to foster innovation and improve service delivery.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget, aligning with client expectations.
- Support thought leadership development and contribute to the growth of the FSO People Consulting practice.
- Manage and lead diverse teams with varying skillsets focusing on mainly Change Management and Organisational Design delivery
- Adapt your leadership style to fit team, client, and their cultural needs.
- Contribute to expanding our brand in the market by attending relevant events, collaborating with other internal teams, facilitating thought leadership, etc.
- Engage in business development activities including client presentations and proposals
- Foster a supportive, inclusive and growth team-oriented work culture
- Minimum of 5-8 years' experience; applicants will preferably have prior consulting experience in a client facing role on large or complex transformation programmes in/for a Financial Services Organisation i.e. banking, insurance, funds, capital markets, payment processors etc.
- Minimum of 2 years managerial experience and demonstrable experience structuring and managing projects or programmes of work which meet client expectations and mitigate any risks or issues.
- Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise
- Be able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions
- Be pragmatic and resilient - taking a practical approach to solving issues and focused on achieving
- Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions
- Be focused on achieving project / programme goals and objectives
- Be experienced in the full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation
- Excellent client relationship management skills, gained through prior consulting roles or within large financial services organisations
- Proven track record in management and leadership roles in People transformation projects and engagements in consulting industry
- Expertise in delivering Change Management Plans, Stakeholder Analysis, Communication Strategies, Training Materials, and Performance Metrics to effectively lead change management and organisational design initiatives.
- Exhibit strong personal impact and resilience, with the ability to influence clients and stakeholders to secure support for major changes and critical decisions
- Experience of delivering change through multi-disciplinary stakeholders and collaborating across jurisdictions.
- Strong communications skills, with experience of managing strategy material and presenting to key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise, and develop others, effectively communicate, manage budgets, timelines, and plans, manage client expectations, deliver quality projects
