Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a person with Finance and risk regulatory reporting experience, track record in project and team leadership, client relationship management excellence, communication, and business acumen, as well as passion for innovation, building high performing teams, and a culture of trust, respect, and diversity.

Client Responsibilities

• Manage or support engagements with our clients and provide high-quality consulting services to a portfolio of clients.


• Understand EY's service offerings and actively support in identifying opportunities to better serve clients across our range of services.


• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks, including the development of relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs.


• Assist on business development opportunities and support proposal development efforts.


• Manage innovation in processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance client performance.

Practice and People Development Responsibilities

• Manage and lead diverse teams with varying skillsets.


• Adapt your leadership style to fit team, client, and their cultural needs.


• Contribute to expanding our brand in the market by attending relevant events, collaborating with other internal teams, and facilitating thought leadership.


• Engage in business development activities, including input to client presentations and proposals.


• Foster a supportive, inclusive and growth team-oriented work culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent client relationship management skills, gained through prior consulting roles or within large financial services or technology organisations.


• Proven track record in relevant management and leadership roles in data-centric projects and engagements in the consulting industry.


• Expertise in key Finance Regulatory reporting or Regulatory change programmes - e.g., knowledge of BCBS239, IReF, IFRS 9, SRB, Stress testing.


• Understanding of finance processes, finance technologies, and operating models and ability to bridge the language of both business and IT delivery.


• Minimum of 7+ years delivering regulatory reporting or finance transformation programmes, with demonstrated experience applying methodologies such as Prince2, PMP, or Agile.


• An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) applied in a financial institution would be beneficial.


• Understanding of technology trends and implications on the Financial Services industry.


• Strong communication skills, with experience of managing strategy material and presenting to key stakeholders.


• Experience delivering change through multi-disciplinary stakeholders and collaborating across jurisdictions.


• Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise and develop others; effectively communicate, manage budgets, timelines and plans; manage client expectations; and deliver quality projects.


• Experience with SQL, a range of data governance tooling, BI tools and data platforms.
