Hotel-Experienced Frontline Support Specialist 
Are you a hospitality professional looking to leverage your hotel expertise in a dynamic tech environment? We're seeking skilled individuals to join our growing team as Frontline Support Specialists. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your hotel industry knowledge with cutting-edge technology support, contributing to our organization's success from day one.
Key Details:- Contract: 6-12 months temporary contract
- Location: Blackrock, Dublin
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days from home, 2 days in office)
- Proven work experience in hotels
- Eligibility to work in Ireland (must hold an EU passport or a Stamp 4 visa)
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- No previous tech experience required (full training provided)
- Provide frontline support for Opera PMS (Cloud & On-Prem) and other Wyndham-approved PMS incidents & tickets
- Manage customer-reported, automated, and human-generated alerts related to service status
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and improve workflows and quality support
- Demonstrated experience working in hotels, preferably in front desk or operations roles.
- Understanding of monitoring concepts (infrastructure, systems, application health, availability, latency, performance, and end-to-end monitoring)
- Knowledge of Exchange online (mailbox creation, management, migration, mail-flow, etc.)
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
- Preferably a college degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems, particularly Opera and other PMS
- Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English
- Strong administrative and coaching skills
