Job Description

Marks & Spencer plc seeks a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty division to deliver expert fashion advice and five-star service at the frontline.

You'll drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover the latest fashion items, while remaining a resilient, brand ambassador.

This role requires flexibility with a Thursday 14:00-19:00, Friday 14:00-19:00, and Saturday 11:00-19:00 pattern, plus comfort with Sparks App and in store devices to speed service.
