Alkmist is transforming the way auditors and clients collaborate. We're building the most intuitive, behaviorally intelligent audit collaboration platform on the planet - already trusted by thousands across 28+ countries. Now, we're hiring a Frontend Specialist to bring our vision to life on screen.

You'll take beautiful, thoughtful UI designs and turn them into fast, fluid, responsive experiences using htmx , Tailwind CSS , and DaisyUI - all rendered server-side via template based rendering using Jinja, the backend itself is written in Rust.

Your mission: create delightful interfaces that influence behavior . Leverage behavioral science nudges, real-time feedback, and subtle gamification to guide users through complex tasks with clarity, ease, and confidence.

This isn't just "shipping buttons." You're designing how enterprise software feels - and it should feel damn good.

• Build and refine dynamic, SSR interfaces using htmx , TailwindCSS , DaisyUI and JavaScript for client side interaction.
• Translate Figma (or similar) designs into pixel-perfect, performant frontend implementations
• Implement behavioral nudges and UX flows grounded in psychology and gamification
• Deliver smooth animations and transitions that reinforce feedback loops
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend (Rust) teams to continuously evolve UX
• Contribute to design discussions, frontend architecture, and test coverage (e.g., Playwright , Cypress, BrowserStack )
• Setup end-to-end testing of the frontend, making sure that our frontend stays consistently awesome and functional
• Participate in usability testing and product ideation - this is not a handoff role

• 3-5 years of experience building modern frontends (or show us something brilliant)
• Strong command of TailwindCSS , htmx , DaisyUI , or similar component libraries
• Deep understanding of UI/UX patterns, frontend performance, and client-server interaction
• Passion for behavioral science , gamification , or nudging user behavior
• Ability to design elegant flows that feel effortless and guide users intuitively
• Bonus points for:
• Familiarity with Rust or server-side rendering
• Experience with frontend testing tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer)
• An eye for motion and animation (GSAP, Framer Motion, or CSS-based)
• Design/UX experience , especially with Figma - if you can help shape the UI and user flow itself, we're all ears
