  • Someone with strong operational experience in the Rooms Division
  • Passionate about delivering amazing service in a fast paced environment
  • A team motivator who loves coaching and inspiring others
  • Experience with Opera PMS is a bonus, but not essential - we'll happily train you!
What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the Front of House team during your shift
  • Deliver outstanding guest service from arrival to departure
  • Ensure all front office standards are followed and upheld
  • Support ongoing training to keep the team confident and skilledCreate a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel right at home
