Radisson Blu Hotel Letterkenny is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team and play a key role within the hotel's management team.

As Front Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of Reception and guest services, ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional and memorable experience from arrival through to departure.

Role And Responsibilities- Manage the daily operation of Reception and Front Office services.
- Ensure efficient and accurate check-in, check-out, billing, room allocation and cash handling.
- Coordinate arrivals, departures, VIPs, groups and special requests.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Food & Beverage, Maintenance and other departments.
- Lead, coach and motivate the Front Office team.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and team member development.
- Prepare effective team rotas to meet business needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive and professional working environment.
- Support the Rooms Division and Hotel Management teams in achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify opportunities for room upgrades and Front Office upselling.
- Coach the team to maximise revenue while maintaining an excellent guest experience.
- Monitor payroll, operating costs and financial controls.
- Work with Reservations and Revenue Management to maximise occupancy, ADR and rooms revenue.
- Previous management experience within a hotel Front Office or Rooms Division in a 4-star environment.
- Strong knowledge of Front Office operations, including reception, reservations, room allocation and guest relations.
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of hotel revenue principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with hotel PMS and standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work across a 7 day operation, including weekends and public holidays.
