Front-of-House Team Leader: Café & Hospitality

The National Trust is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to manage front-of-house operations at a busy cafe in Haywards Heath. You'll lead a team, train staff, and ensure outstanding service while maintaining high standards of food presentation and safety.

37.5 hours per week, including most weekends and holidays, with a permanent contract and a salary of £25,837.50 per year. Training and induction are provided to help you grow in this role.
