Front of House Leader - Service & Barista Expert

HCL is seeking a Front of House Supervisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract at Farnham House, Stevenage. You will oversee front of house operations across breakfast and lunch, supervise team members, and ensure exceptional customer service.

The role requires previous supervisory hospitality experience, cash handling, and stock control. Shifts typically 07:00-15:30 or 09:00-17:30, 40 hours per week, and a £13.22 hourly rate (£27,573 annually).
