Job Description
Front of House Coordinator

Salary: £21,000- £23,000

Employment type: Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hrs

Location: Central Birmingham

Working on behalf of a leading Facilities Management contract on a Prestigious site in Birmingham, we are looking to identify an experienced Front of House customer service driven individual.

Responsibilities
  • Provide the highest levels of customer service in all aspects of the role with excellent communication skills, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Focus on increasing customer satisfaction, set consistent standards across all buildings and share best practice with the rest of the team.
  • Ensure facilities management key performance indicator requirements are met and service level agreements are completed within agreed timescales, addressing problems calmly and effectively.
  • Manage the upkeep of the buildings as part of the Workplace Support team, ensuring that all areas are set up, clean, stocked and ready for business.
  • Host and perform inductions for visitors and new starters, promoting a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Level of security clearance will be required.
  • Evidence of the right to work in the UK.
