Front-End Developer

We're looking for a Contract React Developer to take ownership of Front End design, UX consistency, and UI framework development, shaping the visual and functional experience for users in a high-stakes financial environment.

2/3 days per week on-site in Prague (NOT REMOTE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build modern UIs using React, JavaScript, and CSS Modules
• Standardise UX across multiple applications and frameworks
• Enhance UI components and promote scalable code architecture
• Troubleshoot performance and usability issues in a dynamic Agile environment
• Provide 3rd line support and liaise with RTB teams

Essential Skills:

• React with strong core JavaScript (ES6+)
• Advanced CSS and UI styling (CSS Modules)
• Redux and component-driven architecture
• Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn
• Unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Agile collaboration and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• OpenFin or desktop app frameworks
• Experience in financial or trading platforms
• Familiarity with Java backends or Fixed Income workflows
• Charting libraries (Chart.js, Recharts)
• CI/CD and accessibility best practice
