Front-Door Support & Triage Specialist (Hybrid)

Middlesbrough Council is seeking a Customer Advice And Support Worker on a contract basis to provide face-to-face support at drop-in sessions and by phone, assess priorities, and deliver short-term case oversight for service users with complex needs.

You will coordinate appointments, gather information, assist with admin, and work across locations with the Housing Solutions Team to help clients facing homelessness, domestic abuse, or housing issues.
