Front Door Service Manager (Hybrid) Safeguarding Lead

Baltimore Consulting Limited is hiring a Service Manager - Front Door (MASH, EDT, Early Help Hubs) for a 3-month contract with immediate start. The role offers £500 per day inside IR35 via umbrella and a hybrid model: three days on site, two days remote.

As Service Manager you will lead delivery across MASH/EDT/Early Help Hub services, drive safeguarding practice, oversee complex casework, manage risk and push performance improvements across statutory and early intervention work.
