Front-Door Assessment Service Manager: Lead & Transform Practice

Dudley MBC is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Assessment Service at Dudley Children's Services. You will oversee front-door teams, drive high-quality practice, manage demand, and shape service direction with a focus on timely, analystical assessments and safeguarding decisions.

The role requires strategic leadership, collaboration with senior managers, and a commitment to child-centred outcomes across multiple teams. Hybrid working with three in-person days per week is offered.
