Front Desk Guest Experience Specialist - London

The Thistle Trafalgar Square Hotel in central London is seeking a friendly Front of House Receptionist to welcome guests and resolve queries at the desk. Prior Opera experience is a plus, but more important is a calm, proactive approach and passion for personalized service.

You'll work a five-out-of-seven shift pattern, including early and late shifts, and join a warm team dedicated to delivering memorable stays and a great guest experience.
