Front Desk & Post Room Assistant (Fixed-Term)

The University of Southampton is seeking a temporary team member for a busy customer-facing role covering maternity leave. This fixed-term contract is based at the Glen Eyre Halls of Residence.

The successful candidate will interact regularly with students and visitors, manage phone calls, and work as part of a team. The role requires adaptability to shift timings from Monday to Friday between 8am-4pm and 12pm-8pm.
