Front Desk & Patient Access Specialist (Bank)

St Helens South Primary Care Network Ltd is seeking a motivated bank receptionist to join the Patient Access & Services team at the PCN Hub. You will provide a professional, efficient and welcoming front of house service for our population across 10 GP practices.

This role involves managing bookings, patient queries, calls, registrations and maintaining EMIS records while upholding confidentiality and teamwork to ensure smooth day to day operations.
