Front Desk & Guest Experience Specialist

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Front Office team member to be the first and last contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out while promoting hotel services. You will support the Front Office Manager by relaying guest feedback and maximizing occupancy through upselling.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organisational, and detail-oriented skills, plus basic IT abilities and familiarity with Opera or Fidelio.
